Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FANTASIA collects about you, why, who we share it with, and how you control it. It applies to our online store and our mobile app.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address and phone number. When you place an order: your delivery address, city, phone number, and the details and amount of what you bought. When you use the app: limited technical information about your device and OS version, plus a crash report if something fails.

We do not collect or store your card or wallet credentials. Online payment happens at the payment provider; we receive only the result of the transaction.

Why we collect it

To fulfil, deliver and invoice your order; to answer you when you contact us; to protect your account and prevent fraud; and to fix the failures you encounter. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

The delivery company: your name, address, phone number, and the amount to collect if you chose cash on delivery — only as far as is needed to deliver.

The online payment provider: the transaction amount and reference, when you choose to pay online.

Our crash-reporting service: a technical report about the failure, containing none of your order contents.

Our own mail server: your email address, to send account and order messages. We run that mail server ourselves; it does not pass through a third-party provider.

Authorities: where a legal obligation requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data stays for as long as the account does. Order and invoice records are kept for the period accounting and tax requirements impose, even after an account is deleted, because they are financial documents. Crash reports are deleted automatically after a short period.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data inside the app. You can permanently delete your account from Account → Delete account — deletion removes your personal data; invoices remain as financial documents, no longer linked to your account. You may also contact us at any time to request a copy of your data or to object to its processing.

How we protect it

Every connection between your app and our servers is encrypted. Access to customer data is restricted by permission and logged, and passwords are stored hashed and cannot be recovered.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
