By using the FANTASIA store or app, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipping — if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will tell you why.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Iraqi dinars and include what is shown at checkout. Availability changes, and an item is reserved for you when your order is confirmed, not before. If an obviously incorrect price is displayed, we will contact you before acting on it.

Payment

You may pay cash on delivery, or online through the available wallet. For cash on delivery, the order is handed over against the full amount; the courier is not authorised to accept a different amount.

Delivery

We deliver through delivery partners. Stated timeframes are estimates and vary by city and circumstance. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — a failed delivery caused by wrong details or no answer may return the order and pass the return cost to you.

Intellectual property

The FANTASIA name, logo, designs, photography and text in the store and app belong to FANTASIA. They may not be used commercially or republished without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store or app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access other people's accounts or our systems, or scrape the content automatically. We may suspend any account that does.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
